CA Dinesh Mundada is a Chartered Accountant and qualified Insolvency Professional with over 20 years of professional experience, including 3 years of international exposure, across financial modelling, regulatory compliance, financial planning and analysis, accounts, strategic finance, business advisory and restructuring.
He has extensive experience in handling due diligence, valuations, mergers and acquisitions, business restructuring, strategic and financial planning, and advisory assignments. His expertise includes preparation of business plans, viability studies, financial projections, budgeting frameworks, fund-raising strategies, MIS, performance review mechanisms and process improvement initiatives.
During his professional journey, he has held key positions in the telecom sector and handled several strategic and special assignments. He had a successful international stint of three years with GBI Inc., a multinational company headquartered in Qatar with more than 20 subsidiaries across the world. His professional competencies include Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law, business restructuring, business management, regulatory compliance, treasury and fund management, risk and strategy consultancy, IPO and listing advisory, financial governance and corporate advisory services. He has worked across diverse sectors including agriculture, food processing, automotive ancillary, consumer products, telecom and steel, enabling him to bring a practical and sector-oriented approach to insolvency, restructuring and turnaround assignments.
In his individual capacity, he has handled multiple assignments under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, as Interim Resolution Professional, Resolution Professional and Liquidator. His CIRP experience includes matters initiated under Section 7 and Section 9 of the IBC, covering sectors such as water purifier manufacturing and distribution, e-commerce, foundry, steel, mobile devices and accessories, printing, dairy products and stainless-steel manufacturing. These assignments involved managing the Corporate Debtor as a going concern, constitution and coordination with the Committee of Creditors, claims verification, statutory compliances, stakeholder communication, process documentation, resolution process management and appearances/coordination before the Hon’ble NCLT/NCLAT.
He has also handled liquidation and voluntary liquidation assignments, including matters under Section 59 of the IBC, 2016, involving software companies, manufacturing companies, non-banking finance companies and other corporate entities. His experience covers stakeholder coordination, asset and records management, statutory reporting, distribution-related compliances, dissolution process and closure proceedings before the Adjudicating Authority.

CS Anil Vaidya is a seasoned corporate professional with over 35 years of experience in corporate leadership, finance, governance, restructuring, insolvency resolution, legal compliance, and strategic management. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (FCS), a Practicing Company Secretary, and a Registered Insolvency Professional with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI). His professional qualifications include Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), and Master in Personnel Management (MPM). He is also a member of the Institute of Directors, New Delhi. Prior to establishing Vaidya & Associates, he held several senior leadership positions including Director (Finance), Acting Managing Director, Board Member, and Company Secretary of Hindustan Antibiotics Limited, a Government of India enterprise. During his distinguished corporate career, he played a key role in corporate finance, governance, strategic planning, stakeholder management, and business restructuring.
A significant part of his professional journey has been devoted to the rehabilitation and revival of financially stressed enterprises. He was extensively involved in the restructuring of Hindustan Antibiotics Limited under the erstwhile Sick Industrial Companies (Special Provisions) Act, 1985 (SICA), managing complex assignments involving rehabilitation schemes, debt restructuring, capital reorganization, stakeholder negotiations, asset monetization, regulatory approvals, and proceedings before BIFR and AAIFR. This experience provided him with deep practical insights into managing distressed businesses as going concerns and navigating multifaceted financial, legal, operational, and human resource challenges.
Since his registration as an Insolvency Professional in 2017, he has successfully handled numerous assignments under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, as Interim Resolution Professional (IRP), Resolution Professional (RP), Liquidator, and Resolution Process Advisor. His experience covers proceedings initiated under Sections 7 and 9 of the Code, as well as Voluntary Liquidation assignments under Section 59, across industries such as sugar manufacturing, engineering, steel fabrication, power generation, investment casting, marketing consultancy, securities trading, food and beverages, and gems & jewellery. He has managed insolvency and liquidation assignments involving aggregate exposures ranging from several crores to over Rs.500.
He has worked extensively with leading banks, financial institutions, Asset Reconstruction Companies (ARCs), NBFCs, operational creditors, and regulatory authorities. He is empanelled with several prominent financial institutions including State Bank of India, Canara Bank, Punjab National Bank, Indian Overseas Bank, IDBI Bank, ARCIL, Edelweiss and other stakeholders for insolvency and restructuring assignments.
