Insolvency Process Associate
Preferred qualification: CA, CS, CMA, MBA Finance, LLB or graduates with relevant experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Assistance in CIRP, liquidation and voluntary liquidation assignments
- Preparation of statutory reports, notices and meeting documents
- Coordination with creditors, banks, valuers, advocates and other professionals
- Maintenance of process records and compliance timelines
- Assistance in preparation of Information Memorandum and process documents
Legal Associate – IBC and NCLT Matters
Preferred qualification: LLB or LLM with experience or interest in insolvency and commercial laws.
Key responsibilities:
Finance and Claims Analyst
Preferred qualification: CA Inter, CMA Inter, MBA Finance, M.Com or B.Com with relevant experience.
Transaction Auditor and Forensic Analyst
Preferred qualification: CA, CA Inter, CMA, CFE, MBA Finance or professionals with audit experience.
Compliance and Documentation Executive
Preferred qualification: CS, CS Inter, law graduate, commerce graduate or experienced compliance professional.
